I always enjoy myself! The vibes are so chill and the service is quick and efficient! And the equipment is clean and sterile! This is the first and only place I have gone to in Florence and I’m hooked! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! The products used are quality products! I go once every 3 weeks for a fill in and my toes get polished once per month and a pedi every 2 months. There is no chipping with the polish and my nails don’t lift up! And the customer service is top tier! I love when my nail tech remembers ME and what I like!! 10/10 each and every time!

Kelvin was an awesome nail tech. He did a really great job. I’d love to color he picked, and everybody was friendly from the time you walked in until you left. This was my first time going there and I will go back.

WOW! I love my nails so much. Dan did them and he did a phenomenal job. I will for sure be back and can’t wait to try the scalp massage. The spa was so peaceful and smelt amazing.

This was my absolute first and definitely won’t be my last time coming to Kyla’s and omg Dan The Man did EXACTLY what was on the picture I showed him for my nails !!!! 10/10 highly recommend. Will be coming again soon !!!!
